- For this Chinese based position, the expected compensation range is $ 20,890 - $34,817 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. What will you do?
- Design and develop products, create 3D/2D drawings, and plan assembly/parts layouts.

熟练使用绘图软件和工具 - Organize technical drawings, manuals, and product samples.

编写、更新产品技术、装配等的SOP（标准操作程序） - Keep track of electronic/paper files and ensure documents are properly stored.
编写、整理产品的技术要求，产品操作工艺指导书及手册； - Work with teams to create training materials for new products.
负责与其他部门配合编制产品知识培训资料手册； - Manage project records and develop technical guides explaining product uses.
负责管理新产品开发的记录与存档，负责编制产品技术宣传手册。 - Assist sales by demonstrating products, explaining requirements, and evaluating customer needs.
通过产品介绍，使用工况，客户现场的了解，与客户或销售经理进行沟通 - Coordinate with clients/sales teams to align technical solutions with customer goals.
与客户/销售团队协调，使技术解决方案与客户目标相一致。 - Attend design meetings and reviews to ensure project quality and alignment with goals.

1）Education: Mechanical Engineering degree. Fluent English speaker (both verbal and written).
