For this Chinese based position, the expected compensation range is $ 20,890 - $34,817
per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. Within the salary range,
individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge,
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What will you do?
1）Master our products: Know their capabilities and what they're used for inside out.
熟悉掌握公司产品性能及应用领域。
2）Plan product strategies: Develop product lines based on company goals.
根据公司及部门战略目标，负责产品线规划，产品线管理；
3）Solve customer needs: Create custom solutions and project plans, then execute them.
为内外部客户提供匹配的产品方案和客户终端项目方案，并落实产品线及项目发展；
4）Gather market info: Collect data about products and create user guides.
产品市场资料建立，包含但不限于产品市场资料及技术手册；
5）Stay ahead of trends: Study industry changes to help company decision-making.
行业产品洞察及前瞻分析，建立产品数据库，为公司业务战略决策提供帮助；
6）Plan for the future: Research markets, set long-term product goals, and suggest
improvements.
开展行业及相关产品调研，制定产品长期发展战略，关注并提出整改优化；
7）Support teams/customers: Train staff and provide technical help when needed.
技术支持与培训，针对业务拓展团队及客户；
8）Manage product lifecycles: Advise on how to keep our products competitive.
通过产品线生命周期管理，为企业战略建议产品核心竞争力。
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years in foreign-funded manufacturing/application roles.
三年以上外资制造/应用企业相关经历， - Preference for experience in product management or application engineering (e.g.,
product
selection, technical sales).
具备产品管理或产品选型应用经验优先考虑； - Thrives under pressure and delivers creative solutions.
能承受工作压力，提供有效的解决方案。 - Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical.

1） Education: A degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science,
with fluent English proficiency.

2） Industry Focus: Preference for candidates with experience in bulk material conveying
equipment manufacturing or related sectors.
