Rollers/Idlers

We manufacture and supply a wide range of trough/carrying idlers and return idlers. While the former are load-bearing idlers on the top of the conveyor structure, carrying the load from the materials and belt, return idlers are used to support the conveyor belt on the return/bottom of the conveyor structure. We use a variety of materials for our idlers, each of which has specific advantages: The most common type of idler for general use is made of cold-rolled conveyor specification mild steel. HDPE idlers are used in highly corrosive and humid environments where steel is unsuitable. Finally, natural composite rubber idlers are impact resistant, come with a steel core tube, and are most commonly used in loading areas. This allows us to provide our customers with solutions for almost any scenario.
